Лучше всего в открытом терминале сразу ввести:

su

далее свой пароль от root... И выполнять все команды БЕЗ SUDO, с правами root. ВНИМАНИЕ! Выполнение всех команд ниже идёт с привилегиями ROOT пользователя. Думайте, что делаете или ищите способы выполнять их от своего пользователя (я их пока не нашёл).

Откройте терминал и выполните обновление баз пакетов:

sudo pacman -Syu

В репозиториях Arch Linux есть два пакета (как и в других подобных OS). Первый пакет NGINX — nginx, второй — nginx-mainline. Первый содержит стабильно работающую, но при этом более позднюю версию. Второй — актуальную, самую последнюю на этот момент стабильную. Пример, nginx просто — v1.16. nginx-mainline — v1.19.

Рекомендую ставить последнюю, так как обычно она обладает более широким функционалом.

sudo pacman -S nginx-mainline

После установки nginx, можно проверить его статус командами:

sudo systemctl start nginx && sudo systemctl status nginx

Чтобы nginx загружался при старте системы выполните эту команду:

sudo systemctl enable nginx

Затестить конфиг nginx:

sudo nginx -t

Если Вы получили сообщение об ошибке:

[warn] 15117#15117: could not build optimal 
types_hash, you should increase either
types_hash_max_size: 1024 or types_hash_bucket_size: 64; ignoring types_hash_bucket_size

Откройте nginx конфигурацию и редактируйте её.

sudo nano /etc/nginx/nginx.conf

Добавьте эту строку в http блок:

types_hash_max_size 4096;
server_names_hash_bucket_size 128;

Сохранить и выйти (CTRL+X, Y, Enter).

Перезагрузите nginx:

sudo systemctl reload nginx

И снова затестите конф:

sudo nginx -t

Проверьте версию nginx:

nginx -v

Теперь установим MySQL (MariaDB):

sudo pacman -S mysql

Просто выполните эту команду, обязательно, чтобы как бы сконфигить MariaDB:

sudo mysql_install_db --user=mysql --basedir=/usr --datadir=/var/lib/mysql

Запускать MariaDB при старте системы:

sudo systemctl enable mysqld

Стартаните MariaDB:

sudo systemctl start mysqld

Проверьте статус:

sudo systemctl status mysqld

Запустите защищенную установку и установите пароль на root (суперпользователь именно MariaDB, не Linux):

sudo mysql_secure_installation

или (sudo /usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation)

Войдите в Mysql:

mysql

Теперь мы можем писать SQL запросы к нашей базе данных... прямо в терминале...

Создайте нового пользователя user_my_s_ql с паролем 123:

CREATE USER 'user_my_s_ql'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY '123';

дадим ему все привилегии:

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON * . * TO 'user_my_s_ql'@'localhost';

применим привилегии:

FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

Введите exit, чтобы выйти из режима команд для MySQL.


Установим актуальную версию PHP:

sudo pacman -S php-fpm

Теперь нам необходимо редактировать конфиг nginx:

sudo nano /etc/nginx/nginx.conf

Найдите блок location, как ниже и добавьтеindex.php

Запустите PHP:

sudo systemctl start php-fpm

Сделайте, чтобы он запускался при каждом старте системы, если требуется:

Можно создать папку, чтобы там были все файлы Ваших проектов:

sudo mkdir /usr/share/www

Перезагрузите nginx:

sudo systemctl reload nginx

Перезагрузите PHP:

sudo systemctl reload php

Чтобы избежать ошибки MySQL, расширение не найдено, просто раскомментируйте в php.ini строки с нужными расширениями.

sudo nano /etc/php/php.ini

Найдите эти расширения и удалите ; , если требуется:

sudo systemctl restart nginx && sudo systemctl restart php-fpm

Теперь можно войти в PMA. USER user_my_s_ql , PASSWORD: 123 (если не изменили на свои, как в примере выше):
